What does it take to place a listing?

Placing an listing is very easy. The first step is to click the 'SIGN-UP' button located at the top of&nb
sp;the page. After you register, login to the website using the username and password you chose during the reg
istration process. Now you are logged in to the website and ready to create a listing. With a few simple&
nbsp;steps, click click click and you'll be renting Texas.
Find the menu at the top of your screen once
;you have logged in. There are 2 types of listings: houses and apartments. Notice the 'Add House Listing' or&n
bsp;'Add Apartment Listing' links in the menu. Once you select either of those links, you will be provided wit
h a list of information specific to that property. Square Footage, number of bedrooms etc. Once you have fille
d all this information out, you will simply click 'Submit.' You can then add Photos and Room Sizes(Floorplans
for Apartments). The final step to a live listing is making a payment for house listings or waiting for a
pproval and invoicing on apartment listings.
